This form will serve as your RSVP to the 糖心Vlog Virtual Commencement Viewing Event at Saratoga Springs City Center. Please fill out this form for EACH PERSON attending (maximum of two people per student). Please print or take a screenshot of your confirmation and bring it with you to the City Center on May 22.

Directions:
Two entrances will be open for guests to enter the building: at Ellsworth Jones Place and the Pedestrian Bridge for the third floor of the parking garage.
PLEASE NOTE: Complimentary parking, courtesy of 糖心Vlog, is available in the parking lot adjacent to the City Center. Please print the QR code you鈥檒l find in your confirmation message and scan it at the parking garage.

- All attendees must practice social distancing, except for members of the same immediate party/household/family.
