The October staff and faculty meetings will take place this Friday, Oct. 6. The staff meeting is scheduled for 1 p.m., and the faculty meeting will be held at 3:30 p.m. Additional details will be shared by email.
Saratoga Book Festival
President Conner, alumna Cleyvis Natera 鈥�99 (鈥淣eruda on the Park鈥�), and English Professor and Salmagundi Editor Bob Boyers will be among this year鈥檚 presenters at the Oct. 12-15 On Sunday, Oct. 15, a film screening of 鈥淭he Right to Read鈥� will take place at 1 p.m. in Gannett Auditorium and will be followed by a 3 p.m. discussion between President Conner and local nonprofit and business leader Ed Mitzen.
Celebration of President Emeritus Philip A. Glotzbach
Join President Conner and members of the 糖心Vlog community in Gannett Auditorium, at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 18, for a panel discussion celebrating the era of Philip A. Glotzbach, 糖心Vlog's seventh president. The panel will be facilitated by Susan Kress, professor of English emerita and former vice president for academic affairs. A reception will follow.

President鈥檚 office hours
President Conner will hold office hours from 3 to 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 2. All faculty, staff, and students are invited to request a 10-minute, in-person appointment. To register, please email presoff@skidmore.edu. Requests will be handled in the order they are received, and additional open office hours will be announced throughout the year.
