Family As An Evergreen

This piece is a part of a larger installation that uses both archival photos and modern digital imagery to explore the connections of a family across time and space. The photographer鈥檚 grandmother immigrated to the United States in the late 1950s from Germany, and through the repetition of traditions and rituals at Christmas time the German culture has been passed down through generations.
