The Times Union recently included the Tang Teaching Museum鈥檚 among its 鈥溾�� The exhibition was curated by Rachel Seligman, assistant director for curatorial affairs and Malloy Curator, and Sarah Goodwin, professor of English emerita, with Nurcan Atalan-Helicke, associate professor of environmental studies and sciences, Trish Lyell, teaching professor of art, and Monica Raveret Richter, associate professor of biology.
Lara Ayad, assistant professor of art history, is the new host of the WMHT program 鈥溾�� The first episode premieres at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12, on WMHT-TV. 
Sarah DiPasquale, assistant professor of dance, co-authored an article with Hannah Weighart 鈥�19, "," in the International Journal of Exercise Science.
Giuseppe Faustini, professor of Italian, published a book-length study, 鈥淯n amore primaverile: Inediti
di Luigi Pirandello e Jenny鈥� in Firenze: Pagliai Editore. The study was the subject
of several articles and interviews published in Italian newspapers. He also delivered
an invited lecture on "The American Role in Italy's Unification" at the American and
Italian Cultural Institute in Albany last summer.
Pam Fisher, associate director of employer outreach and strategic communications in the Career
Development Center, successfully led a capital campaign to install an audio induction
loop (or hearing loop) in the Charles R. Wood Theater in Glens Falls, raising $17,000
last summer. It will be the first hearing loop installed in any venue in the Glens
Falls region. The project was highlighted in an issue of the Glens Falls Chronicle.
Aarathi Prasad, assistant professor of computer science, in collaboration with students Matthew
Clark 鈥�21, Ha Linh Nguyen 鈥�22, Ruben Ruiz 鈥�21 and Emily Xiao 鈥�21, published the research
paper 鈥淎nalyzing Privacy Practices of Existing mHealth Apps鈥� in the proceedings of
the International Conference on Health Informatics.
