The maximum total earnings during the Academic year for students is $4,000.
Sign in to the Student Employment Dashboard (Oracle) via Okta to add or update job postings, hiring, and approving timesheets.

| Thursday, December 19, 2024 | The last day students may work on campus for the fall semester. |
| Tuesday, January 21, 2025 | The first day that students may begin working on campus for the spring semester. |
| Thursday, May 8, 2025 | The last day students may work on campus for the spring semester. |
Employment Forms
In order to be put on the 糖心Vlog Student Payroll, students will need to complete federal and state-required forms in the Oracle tile within Okta.
Note: The I-9 must be completed within 3 days of being hired. This is a Federal Requirement. If it is not complete then the student employee and their supervisor will receive an email that the student must stop working until this digital form is complete.
