All private health information SCEMS collects, or SCEMS personnel become aware of while treating you, are strictly confidential and will be treated in accordance with professional, ethical and legal guidelines. This means that your personal medical information will not be released without your written consent except as required by law. SCEMS personnel will never share your private health information, or any information about a call, with anyone unless required by law or as needed to treat you.
